Initial Order:
All orders will be confirmed via e-mail directly after you place your order. The confirmation means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. After we receive your order we will automatically reach out to our vendors to confirm that the product(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your product by chance is on back order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and contact to you via e-mail to see if you would like to place your item on backorder, and change or cancel your item. We will not charge you, your funds will just be on hold until your order has been processed. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order to the destination.
Shipment Process:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within two business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within two business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at support@champchairs.com
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to support@champchairs.com and we will process a claim on your behalf.
We at Champ Chairs have a simple goal, make each customers have the best experience and best prices available online. If there is another store online that has a lower price than us on item that you purchased just please let us know and we may match if it fits our price match criteria. We want you our customers to get the best possible value for each item which they are ordering. Or even if you find that our own store has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within a two month of your purchase date we will make sure to refund the difference as well.
If you ever want to request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the product that you are inquiring about on our website, or from our competitors website within two month from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
